QUALITY INSTALLATION: Rick’s Heating & Cooling uses only our own employees, equipped with proper tools and parts, in clearly marked trucks, wearing the Rick’s Heating & Cooling logo on their uniforms. Our own people – knowledgeable in every facet of your installation and the products we sell. From the time one of our crews arrive at your home, to the time they leave, we are confident their professionalism and work ethic will impress you.
 
SERVICE: Service when you need it, promptly provided by our own people. If your new system should require service, we will take care of it. No subcontractors. In many cases, service can be scheduled by appointment. We also provide our customers with service maintenance agreements and extended warranties.
 
RESPECT FOR YOUR HOME: Our trucks are equipped with not only the proper parts and tools for your installation, but also the proper supplies to treat your home as if it were our own. This means using drop cloths and runners wherever we are working; no work boots tramping over your floors. We will use our vacuums for cleaning up any dust or dirt that we may have created. It means brooms and dust pans for cleaning your basement floors when we have completed your installation. When your installation is complete, we guarantee your home will be as clean as when we arrived. The job is not complete until the clean up is finished.
 
SAFETY: Better safe than sorry. Being equipped with the proper tools and parts to install your system is not enough any more. Training in the safe operation of the tools of our trade is essential. Safety eye wear, gloves and other equipment are always used to insure the continued health of our employees. If someone should be injured, Rick’s Heating & Cooling is fully covered under the State Workers Compensation System. Remember, if someone doing work in your home is injured and not covered by Workers Compensation, you are responsible for those injuries. Always ask for a copy of a Workers Compensation Certification from any company doing work in your home.
 
ENVIRONMENT: Along with the safety of our workers is environmental safety. Refrigerant is reactive with the Ozone and must be reclaimed. All Rick’s Heating & Cooling employees are properly trained in the recovery of refrigerant. This refrigerant is recycled and purified by its manufacturer for reuse.
 
PERMITS: Rick’s Heating & Cooling applies for all local permits-both electrical and mechanical. These permits are important and it’s the law. This insures you with the security of knowing that your installation was installed to manufacturing specifications to meet local codes.
