Just wanted to thank your company for such excellent customer service.

I contacted you two weeks ago for an air conditioning cleaning/inspection.  A few days after the inspection, the air conditioner stopped working.  You were able to get a technician back out to me almost immediately, which was nice.  The new technician found that the previous had forgotten to tighten a valve after replacing the freon, which caused it to leak.  However, I am not upset about this situation by any stretch of the means—it is an honest mistake that anyone could have made.

What really impressed me was the honesty the second technician showed.

He immediately admitted that it was a mistake and quickly fixed the unit with no additional charge.  I know of several companies who would have tried to milk more money out of a situation like this—so your company’s honesty is certainly admirable.  I will be purchasing a new air conditioner unit sometime in the near future (my current is very old), and will not hesitate to choose Rick’s!
